Rourkela Local Center of the Institution of Engineers (India), a cornerstone of engineering excellence since 24th November 1964. From its humble beginnings to a landmark facility inaugurated on 28th March 1993, the center supports engineers through its library of 3,500+ technical resources, dynamic seminar hall, and serene garden spaces.
